Supported Employment: This comprehensive framework helps individuals with disabilities secure and maintain competitive, integrated employment. It focuses on personalized job matching, employer collaboration, and ongoing support to ensure long-term job stability. With assistance from VR counselors and Supported Employment specialists, individuals receive the training and guidance they need to succeed on the job. At Elevate 365, we prioritize not only helping customers find employment but also promoting lasting success and independence.
Work Experience: A school-based learning opportunity designed for students with disabilities. This program allows students to participate in hands-on work activities at designated job sites within the community, helping them gain valuable experience in an integrated and supportive environment. Students will learn practical work skills while taking on real employment responsibilities and expectations. The goal is to prepare students for future employment after graduation by building confidence and workplace readiness. Days and hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on individual needs and job site availability. Transportation is provided by Elevate365, ensuring students can travel safely from home or school to their work site and back. A Work Experience trainer, credentialed through the University of North Texas, will always accompany students to provide guidance and support.
